Beate Klockmann

(DE,1972)

Beate has a very distinct feminine style. Her materials of choice are gold and enamel. Her style could be described as art-deco, bauhuis, or even origami ish. Many of her pieces seem to unfold like made of paper. A student from the fabulous Dorothea Pruhl one can certainly notice the same poetry in her work. Indeed the evolution of Beate's pieces read like a novel where she acts as a writer with metal.
